Experimenting with Love Yourself (by Larry Crane)

Several hours ago, I realized how much I wanted more from my life, and now I’m determined to achieve my goals rather than falling back into mediocrity (or giving stupid excuses for why my life is so ‘stuck’). So I wrote a list of 10 goals in order of importance, and my top priority right now is money.
I’ve been in debt for quite some time, and had to resort to borrowing to make ends meet. Fortunately, I got paid the other day, but it isn’t enough to cover rent at the end of the month since I didn’t work for a full month yet. Having borrowed too much for some time, I decided to specifically address my debts. So now I’m doing a little experiment with a certain exercise from Love Yourself and Let the Other Person Have It Your Way by Larry Crane. There is an exercise on credit card debt on Pg. 108 which involves letting go of disapproving one’s credit card debt and then giving it approval over and over and over.
Somehow I got this random idea to do that exercise for 24 hours (not straight of course). I’m using my stop watch to keep track of all the time I spend on letting go of disapproving my debt, and giving it approval. Occasionally, I may throw in a few other questions that I normally use for releasing, but I want to see if 24 hours of releasing using the disapproval/approval method would make any difference in my debt situation. I am curious to see what happens within 7 days as I expect to have completed the 24 hours by then.
I’ve had plenty of success with using the Release Technique on all sorts of issues (i.e. physical and emotional pain), but I’ve only gotten minimal gains with money (received roughly $100 on three separate occasions but nothing greater than that) so I’m skeptical but willing to put it to the test, and money is a big issue for me, so it never hurts to see if it works or not. Larry claims that money issues can be resolved just by letting go of disapproval and giving it approval. His books says to prove it to myself, so I’m going to find out for myself.
I do plan to mix in a few other approaches that are described in the book (i.e. saying ‘yes’ or saying “I love you” to the problem), but I won’t be using any of the more advanced methods to prove to myself that the basic tools in the book are enough enough to resolve money issues. The only ‘other’ thing that I will add is the Lesterizing process (i.e. holding in mind having the goal as if it’s here now).
So far, I’ve done a bit under 30 mins. I have 23 hours and 30 mins left
And here specifically are the questions I’m using:
1) Could I let go of disapproving my debt? And could I let go some more? And even more?
2) Could I let go of disapproving myself? And more? And even more? And even more?
3) Could I give my debt approval? And more? And even more? And a little more?
4) Could I give myself approval? And some more approval? And even more approval?
5) Could I say ‘yes’ to my debt? And ‘yes’ again? And more? And even more?
6) Could I send my debt some love? And could I give it some more love? And even more love?
Other questions I may throw in from time to time:
7) Could I let go of wanting to figure things out? Could I let go of wanting to know what to do? Could I let go of wanting to know the answers?
8) Could I let go of being so smart, and allow it to be other than what I think it is? Could I let go of being so smart, and allow it to be far greater than what I think it is?
9) Could I welcome/accept this feeling (in my stomach or chest)? Could I welcome/accept this some more? And even more?
10) Could I let go of wanting to control or change this feeling?
